Great stay - came for a music festival

Room was spacious, plenty of cupboard space, nice balcony, maid service was very good. Lovely staff in the restaurant.

Breakfast finish time was too early at 9.30am! 10am would be better! Could have been a bigger variety of food options the breakfast. The swimming pool has been built in the wrong place, so never catches the sun. It's not heated so it's freezing ...! Shame really!

Very Good

The brekfast was very good. The staff was very nice and the Hotel looks nice.

The cleaning should be better. The mirrors in the room were dirty so I just cleaned other things also because I wasnt sure.

Quiet relaxing friendly hotel.

Small friendly, food good with plenty of options,daily maid service and generally all staff polite and helpful.

Conveniently positioned in a quieter spot not far from the front and all amenities.

I really enjoy this hotel in saint paul bay in Malta

excellent breakfast, very large and confy bedroom with a nice balcony. The hotel is very close to the main street of the city with reasturants, bar and pizzeria. The only cons is that the hatel doesn't have a private parking.

Room was very big, it was clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. It was not noisy. Breakfast was good, english breakfast but some sweet alternatives.

Very Good

Location was ok, relatively close to the bus station. Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was ok but could have been a bit more diverce, as it was mostly the same. Bed was very soft and comfortable, as were pillows.

There is a construction site close to the hotel and not everyday but we heard a loud noice. Cleaning was everyday but towels seemed dirty even when they replace them. Hair dryier is very old and if you plan to dry your hair more then 2 min expect it to be very hot in your hand. I had to turn it off and continue later when it cools off. We ordered a shuttle to go to the airport but it never came, so the manager of the hotel ordered a cab for 4 of us with all the bags and we fitted like clowns in a clown car but we got to the airport in time. Should have been planned a bit better as we paid for the shuttle and ordered it a day before.

The place was good, breakfest responsibility price.

We have a swimming pool in room because the shower did not run. When we spoke it a personal in (reception) solution personal was wipe the floor, which did not solve our problem. it was disappointing when we found out how they solved the problems.

The room was good Location fair Food good many cafes and bars near by

The original room was very poor and after complaining i was moved to a room that i paid for Alot of building work going on many of the streets in the area are dirty.

Good

The staff was amazing, they really helped us last day when they gave us fresh towels and allowed us to shower at the hotel. Our flight was late in the evening, so they allowed us to come back after the beach to shower, otherwise we couldn't have gone to the beach.

Even though it was a short stay, I would definitely consider booking at this hotel in the future.

We found it a very quite place where you can forget the hectic life outside and apart from this it is a very nice hotel.

The only thing we didn't like much was that dinner is served quite early in the evening, I mean you you can dine up to 8.30 p.m. only

Good location, most of employees very nice

Most of the employees were nice, only 1 lady with glasses was not nice since we told her that we will not take the shuttle to airport (6,50€ per person) and we take the bus (1,50€ per person). But generally good hotel, nice view and good location.

The lady at the receipting (with the glasses) was not nice. At the check out she was busy with her phone and even did not ask if we were happy or not, she was just typing in her mobile and said bye. The bathroom is a bit old and need to be renovated. The shower head was too weak. Breakfast was same in those 4 days we stayed.

Good value for money. Nice breakfast and dinner, kind staff, clean rooms.

Inside pool is really poor and in overall it is strange, that it is described as 4 star hotel.

I'd book here next time, too

Everything was good, easy to connect to the local transport, very close to the sea and the city. There are many cosy bars and restaurants nearby.

Only the juice was awful for breakfast - it would be better from 100% fruit. And the pool would be clearer a little bit.

Good

What i liked the most is that when we found out our room was not like what we expected they changed it immidiatly. The hairdryer, the room, the Bath, mini fridge and internet where good. The pictures are the same but a good angle can definitley make a good picture.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel so sitting outside is with a lot of noise but with closed doors a Nice room. The sauna was broken and the work out "Gear" as wel. The breakfast cofee and juices can be better for a 4 star hotel =) its like sirup with sirup and some water.

Lovely hotel but pity about the building work and being woken at 6am

The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly

We were not told that there was building work going on opposite the hotel. We were woken on our second morning at 6am by around 8 trucks. This again happened the 2 following mornings. We would not have booked there knowing this was going on and feel we should have been informed beforehand as 6am is a ridiculous time to be woken
